General
Registration is not confirmed until payment is made in full and all payment must be settled within seven days after registration is submitted.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of USD100. Registrants who do not cancel prior to September 27, 2023 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason the Organizer decides to cancel or postpone this conference, the Organizer is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a USD100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after September 28, 2023.
Substitution Policy
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. APSCC recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of APSCC 2023; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to apscc2023@apscc.or.kr.

We are grateful to our sponsors and partners, without whom we would not be able to hold this event. Please be aware that we may share lists of attendees with selected sponsors and partners who may then send communications to you, and that by registering you are consenting to being a part of such lists.
